This advanced softball hitting clinic will be led by Bill Vasko, former Division 1 softball assistant and current Frostburg State University Head Coach, and Maggie Kichler, former head coach coach at Delaware Valley University and assistant coach at West Chester University.  Also instructing at this clinic will be 3 additional college coaches to be announced.  Please see below for bios of each coach.

This clinic is open to softball players graduating in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 (grades 7-12). This clinic will be limited to 32 spots for hitters, so please register early!

Bill Vasko has substantial experience training athletes and has a deep intellectual interest in sports science theory and application including biomechanics, functional anatomy, motor learning, motor control, etc. He has spent hundreds of hours studying video of elite baseball and fastpitch softball hitters and applies his knowledge on the field with hitters of all ages and levels. Hitters attending this clinic will be learning the swing that is being taught at the top levels of college softball!

In addition to the unique philosophies and drills that we will be incorporating into this clinic, we will also use Diamond Kinetics and Sports Board to provide video analysis, evaluation, and measurements of each player's swing. We will be measuring hand speed, barrel speed, exit velocity, launch angle, and distance.

All participants will receive the video and data from their swings following the clinic!
